Order Processing Time

All orders are processed as soon as possible after payment confirmation.
Standard order processing time is 10–20 business days, depending on the product type, order volume, and whether the item is custom-made or engraved.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Delivery Time

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time within the European Union is 20–30 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • destination country and distance

  • postal or courier service

  • customs or border procedures (where applicable)

  • peak seasons or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, strikes)

We will inform you if there are significant delays affecting your order.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch and may be limited depending on the carrier and destination.


Delays and Non-Delivery

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at support@serveza.eu, and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, if delivery fails and the issue cannot be resolved within an additional reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement, as applicable.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details.

  • If a shipment is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

  • If an item arrives damaged, we may request photographic evidence to assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Risk of loss passes to the consumer upon delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We ship primarily within the European Union. Prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If, in exceptional cases, customs duties or import taxes apply, these charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping costs may apply.
