Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

unused and in the same condition as received

in its original packaging
-
accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at support@serveza.eu.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.
Personalized & Engraved Products (Important)
Products that are custom-made or personalized, including but not limited to laser-engraved items, are produced according to the customer’s individual specifications.
These products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

the product is defective or damaged upon arrival

the engraving or product does not match the approved order details
-
an error occurred on our part
This policy applies in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes personalized goods from the right of withdrawal.
By placing an order for a personalized or engraved product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@serveza.eu so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.
However, this right does NOT apply to personalized or custom-made products, including engraved items, as outlined above.
For non-personalized products, the item must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order once an eligible return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
